JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical & Process Owner: Designs the ServiceNow roadmap (upgrades, new integrations). Oversees complex licensing logic (Oracle/IBM) and validates the output of the Reconciliation Engine. Manages the N- upgrade path. Detailed JD: Strong communication skills with prior experience in client-facing and team leadership roles. Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including strong knowledge of contracts, license models, and product use rights for major publishers such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules. Experience in onboarding software publishers within SAM Pro.
