Architect

This position involves working within the Architecture Team at XS CADs Global Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team consists of skilled professionals, including architects, 3D visualisers and structural engineers with varied experience. The Architect will be responsible for the overall architectural and interior design deliverables, working directly with leading architectural design consulting firms from the UK, USA, Australia and the UAE on flagship projects KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand, communicate and manage expectations of our international clients Work with international architects and designers, comprehending their design requirements and translating their vision into accurate BIM/CAD/GFC documentation Comprehend various architectural and interior design elements and its various detailing requirements Work within a team and deliver architectural and interior design documentation projects within time, budget and quality that is desired Ensure that the output meets the codes/standards/design functionalities & objectives of clients QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BArch or diploma in architecture or interior design with relevant experience 0 to 2 years as an architect working in an architectural Revit/AutoCAD/BIM environment COMPENSATION: The selected candidate will receive competitive compensation and remuneration policies in line with qualifications and experience.
