Job Description

The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring creative and functional solutions while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop architectural plans and drawings
  • Supervise project execution and coordinate with construction teams
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, safety, and regulations
  • Prepare 3D models, presentations, and visualizations
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Review and approve project specifications and materials
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide technical guidance to junior architects and interns

Eligibility Criteria

  • M.Arch or B.Arch qualification
  • Junior Architect: 1–5 years of experience
  • Senior Architect: Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and project management
