Job Summary

:

Designs, defines and implements complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions.

You will report to the Execution Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Content - Ensure trusted content is kept up to date, aligned with the defined standards and frameworks, updates where required under guidance/collaboration of Product Manager. Capture change requirements from delivery/VOS/VOC for additional standards to be incorporated into the trusted content. Work with delivery to map new standards, industry standards to existing controls and questions. Update and maintain the delivery workbook.
  • Data and Storage Management - Ensuring the data is handled and stored according to company restricted data policies while understanding and ensuring compliance with regional data sovereignty and regulatory concerns. Managing storage requirements. Collaborating with ROK IT on availability, subscription maintenance/cost reporting/access management. Owning overall db requirements.
  • AI Tooling - Ensuring compliance with ROK corporate policies. Updating use cases on request of Product Manager/delivery requirements. Defining requirements for new learning modules. Working with IT team for creation of new AI modules or improvements to existing Responsible for leading testing and approving changes.
  • Reporting Tool - Management of requirements specification for the Network Engineering Studioo Requirements for Power Bi reports and data integration. Management of change management process for NPI and report template improvements. Synchronization with C&I Project Engineering team for changes and maintenance requirements. Developing and maintaining training content for delivery Collaborating with Product Manager for NPIs, enhancements/changes. Providing thought leadership for continuous improvement activities.
  • Assessment Service - Portable Hardware - Maintenance of appliance images. Point of contact for delivery support. Device hardening guidance. Lifecycle management – testing new appliances when required.
  • Secure OT Platform Reporting - Dashboard creation and maintenance in line with offering requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement - Supporting continuous improvement opportunities – process/offering/new assessment module creation.
  • Subscription Management - Managing Azure subscriptions and costs. Verve license management.
  • Web User Interface - Collaborate with required teams for seamless integration of data between the interacting systems. Lead requirements definitions for API development/maintenance. Collaborate and guide app developers for maintenance and improvements of the UI.

    • The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Demonstrated experience working with OT/ICS systems. Minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Understanding OT protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850), industrial control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA, DCS).
  • Strong consulting mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards relevant to OT (e.g., NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and data manipulation.
  • Understanding of OT networks and communication.
  • Understanding and adhering with Security by design concepts with service delivery and lifecycle management.
  • Willing to work with shift timings: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM.

  • Will require a high level of IPC to keep up with evolving technology, understand complex technology dependency and working across a range of service offerings that may leverage a wide array of technologies and partners.
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple business units with different goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work remotely with assigned teams and vendors.
  • ICS security risk accreditation an advantage.
