Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Architect to serve as the internal design anchor for Iron Horse Realty. You will be the primary point of contact between external design architects, our Project Management Consultants (PMC), and site execution teams. This role requires a blend of creative design capability, rigorous technical validation, and a thorough understanding of local regulatory frameworks (HMDA/DTCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Design Coordination: Act as the internal liaison with external project architects to ensure designs align with company vision, timelines, and budgets.
- Estimation & Cost Control: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and rigorously validate cost estimations received from vendors and contractors.
