Your Role


We are looking for a Junior Architect with a strong interest in Retail and Retail Roll-out projects to join our dynamic team at Gensler. In this role, you will combine creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen to bring innovative retail environments to life. You’ll contribute to the development and execution of commercial design projects, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams and high-profile clients. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and help shape how brands connect with their customers through space.

What You Will Do

  • Support the design and documentation of retail projects, from concept to construction
  • Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil) to ensure alignment across disciplines
