Architect (Spanish Speaker)

• Actively participating in the construction site supervision phase.
• Drafting and developing projects across all phases.
• Coordinating with external collaborators (MEP, structural engineers, etc.).
• Managing client, contractor and official authority relationships.

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience who brings the following qualities and skills:

• Knowledge of GIS and/or Revit will be positively valued.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience drafting urban planning and execution projects.
