Location: Althan Surat

Experience: (1 -2 Years)

CTC Range: ₹ 2.4 – 4.2 LPA (Based on skills & experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect  to design, plan, and oversee the construction of high-quality infrastructure/projects. The ideal candidate must have strong conceptual design skills, knowledge of building codes, expertise in project documentation, and the ability to coordinate with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential/commercial/industrial projects.

·       Prepare 2D drawings, visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar.

·       Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and design evaluations.

·       Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

·       Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and constraints.

·       Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Prepare BOQs, design documents, construction drawings, and execution plans.

·       Conduct regular site visits and monitor the progress to ensure design accuracy.

·       Assist in cost estimation and material selection.

·       Review and approve architectural changes or modifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Bachelors / master’s degree in architecture (B.Arch. / M.Arch).

·       Proven experience in architectural design and project execution.

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop, etc.

·       Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and codes.

·       Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with sustainable / green building design .

·       Knowledge of BIM workflows.

·       Experience working on large-scale or specialized projects (commercial, institutional, industrial, etc.).
