  • Assist Gt Design On Plan Review
  • Assist In Monitoring Progress Of Assigned Project.
  • Able To Do Test Fit
  • Able To Prepare And Compute Area Tabulation
  • Attends Design And Construction Meeting
  • Respond To Rfa/Rfi (If Applicable For 4ph Project)
  • Coordinate With Internal Stakeholders-Gt Design Management/Pd/Rcii Engineering
  • May Require To Conduct Periodic Site Visit.
  • PRC Licensed
  • Graduate Of Bachelors Degree In Architecture From Reputable School.
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Architectural Design Firm (Excluding Apprenticeship) Preferably Designing/Handling Horizontal Housing Development.
  • Proficient In Autocad, Sketch Up, Lumion And Other 3d Rendering Softwares.
  • Proficient In Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word And Power Point).
  • Excellent In Oral And Written Communivcation Skills
  • Willing To Work In BGC/Pasay.
