Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Planning: Develop architectural concepts, create detailed drawings (CAD/BIM), and translate client needs into functional designs.
  • Client Collaboration : Meet with clients to define project scope, requirements, and present ideas.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, manage budgets, prepare contracts, and coordinate with teams.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and ADA compliance; coordinate with engineers.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
  • Documentation: Prepare construction documents, specifications, and presentations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, sustainability, and materials.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
