Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Planning: Develop architectural concepts, create detailed drawings (CAD/BIM), and translate client needs into functional designs.
- Client Collaboration : Meet with clients to define project scope, requirements, and present ideas.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, manage budgets, prepare contracts, and coordinate with teams.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and ADA compliance; coordinate with engineers.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
- Documentation: Prepare construction documents, specifications, and presentations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of building codes, sustainability, and materials.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
