Architect / Technical Designer (English & Spanish Speaking)

We are looking for an Architect or Technical Designer to join our company based in the Marbella / Málaga area.

This position requires both English and Spanish, as the role involves daily communication with clients, suppliers, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and technical drawings (AutoCAD)
• Coordinate between office and construction site
• Communicate with clients and suppliers in English and Spanish
• Assist with project documentation and technical follow-up

Requirements

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Good command of Spanish (spoken and written)
• Background in Architecture or Technical Design
• AutoCAD knowledge (other software is a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive

Conditions

• Salary: €1,600 – €2,000 per month (depending on experience) ...
