Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and preferences.
• Oversee construction processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality.
• Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Must be an PRC holder.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of professional experience in architectural design.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling, Revit, SketchUp, and understanding of architectural structure and building materials.
