Position : Senior Architect

Location : Kolkata – Head Office Experience: 5-8 years

Salary : Negotiable

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Architect to join our Kolkata Head Office. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in architectural planning, detailing, and landscaping of multi-storied building projects, including at least one hospital project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Design: Prepare comprehensive architectural plans, detailed drawings, and landscaping layouts for complex building projects..
• Design Software Expertise: Work with advanced tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Lumion.
• Graphic Presentation: Develop high-quality presentations using Photoshop, InDesign, and
• PowerPoint.
• Client Coordination: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative, functional solutions.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all designs meet regulatory codes, architectural standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.Arch. from a recognised university.

Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Council of Architecture (COA).

Technical Proficiency:

Design Tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion

Presentation Tools: Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoin
