Job Description
This is an ongoing project and I would need support for this kind of project during the year several times. Last year we had around 50 houses like those
Offer is for:
One view per house.
Iterations:
1. Three clay renderings, so we can chose the view
2. First color rendering 2k (those are small scenes so 4K iterations will be good if possible)
3. Second color rendering 2k or 4k
4. Additional iteration if necessary
5. Final 4k rendering
At the end of every project, I would need a 3d model with textures and a photoshop file for the archive.
For every house you will be provided with FBX model, color schemes, rough location so you can understand surroundings.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: 3D Rendering, Autodesk 3ds Max, Architectural Rendering, Adobe Photoshop, Exterior Rendering, 3D Design
