Architectural Assistant

We are looking for an Architectural Assistant to join our team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Produce architectural working drawings

Prepare presentations, renders and graphics

Research on materials, methods, and construction techniques

To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team

To liaise and source products from suppliers

Preparation and completion of tender documents and specifications

Assist in site visit and problem solving during construction

Requirements:

Graduated with Degree/Diploma from a recognised university

0 to 3 years of working experience

Good competence in Rhino (3D and 2D), Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Affinity suite, competence in D5 render is a plus

Interested in theoretical and conceptual approach to design

Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills
