Responsibilities
Provide material research, programing diagrams, design presentations including mood boards, quick 3D sketching as required.
Assist on the development of the whole design of the project according to the design intent, client goals and senior directives.
Participate in design coordination within firm i.e. between architecture, decorators and graphics, and between owners consultants and the firm.
Coordination with vendors and manufacturers.
Provide the production and delivery of quality and timely sets of contract documents being drawings, specifications, sample boards, reports as required for each unique project.
Responding to RFI's and interpreting the contract documents to ensure the design intent is met. Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
Requirements
BA/BS minimum degree required.
Strong skills in creating a Tender set and CD set with clear understanding of detailing.
Fluency in all Microsoft Office application...
