Architectural Co-ordinator

About the role

As an Architectural Co-ordinator at Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and execution of architectural designs within complex construction projects. This full-time position is based in the One North Central Region and will require you to work closely with the engineering and construction teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Co-ordinating sample submission, approval, schedule for delivery and installation of the architectural items
2. Assist in mock-up for architectural trade, obtaining approval, implementation and installation
3. Assist to ensure architectural works are done in accordance to the stipulated procedure, schedule and quality
4. Coordinating and liaising with engineers and construction teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines
5. Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and other design documents to identify and resolve potential conflicts or issues
6. Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and addressing any design-related challenges or delays
7. Maintaining comprehensive project records and documentation

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Architecture or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar architectural coordination
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
