Responsibilities

  • Coordinate architectural design activities between internal teams, consultants, and project management.
  • Review, verify, and consolidate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for compliance with project requirements and codes.
  • Ensure timely submission of design deliverables, IFC drawings, and consultant review comments.
  • Resolve design conflicts between disciplines and ensure multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to site and project teams on architectural matters.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of submissions, revisions, approvals, and design clarifications.

Skills / Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • 5–10 years experience in architectural coordination for contracting and consulting projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
