Role and Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and buildability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design clashes and technical issues.
• Monitor site progress related to architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Prepare and track shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and method statements for approval.
• Attend coordination meetings with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions, and propose practical solutions.
