Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities
Review the design from the Architectural consultants and work with the Architectural consultant on the design and materials to fit the requirements of the contractor.
Coordinate with the C&S consultants and M&E consultants on the Architectural aspects of the work.
Review subcontractor and supplier materials, construction methodology and shop drawings and make submissions to the Architectural consultants and clients for approval.
Carry out Inspection of the Architectural works on site with the RTO, the Architectural consultants and the client and provide the necessary reports.
Coordinate with the BIM consultants and Architectural consultants on the BIM preparation.
Work with the Architectural Consultants on the Authority submissions to statutory boards.
Work with the Architectural Consultants on the Green Mark, Conquas, Buildability score and Constructionability score.
