Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Architects to join our team and grow with us. We have 2 full time work from office positions that we are looking to fill immediately, and hence local candidates will be given first preference.


Position 1: Junior Architect - 0-3 years' work experience

As part of the Design team, you will be responsible for production documentation and detail drawings


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D with knowledge of basic workflows and drawing maintenance.
  • A team player with an open attitude to learn, adapt and deliver.
  • Commitment to produce clean and accurate drawings
  • Proficiency in 3D presentation software for model creation and/or rendering eg: Revit, Sketchup, Lumion or the like.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good oral and written communication skills


Position 2: Architect - 3+ years' work experience.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with prior experience in workplace design and / or large-scale industrial projects. The role entails being involved in multiple phases of the project from ideation to handover.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Good planning and conceptualizing or evidence of its potential.
  • Good design logics and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting & detailing to enable clean, accurate GFC drawings production and delivery
  • Knowledge of design detailing including ability to create accurate sections and details based on design discussions
  • Ability to work within and meet project schedules
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate across teams / consultants
  • A team player with an open attitude to learn, adapt and deliver.
  • Proficiency in 3D presentation software for model creation and rendering eg: Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, or the like.
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop, and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good oral and written communication skills
