I am reaching out regarding an Design Manager (Architect) opportunity with a leading Indian infrastructure conglomerate. The group has a diversified presence across Real Estate, Airports, Energy, and Urban Infrastructure.

Job Purpose:-
The incumbent shall be responsible for the design management, coordination, documentation and administration of multiple high value projects, whilst adhering to the corporate governance protocols, and help in constructing projects across Goa Aerocity. The incumbent shall be coordination with Internal stakeholders Like Business development, Finance, Site, projects, finance, contracts; as well as external consultants which includes architects, structural, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, Green building, Lighting, etc. for buildings and infrastructure.
