Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate layout and floor plans in AutoCAD for client approval and site implementation
- Create high-quality 3D renderings and interior/exterior visualizations for presentations
- Produce walkthrough animations using Enscape or Lumion
- Collaborate with the design and construction team to ensure alignment between design and build
- Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections
- Produce complete, detailed construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes , zoning laws, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (with valid PRC license)
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion
