Architectural Designer / Architect - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00012 Salary Range: $60K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits. An architectural firm on the west side is seeking to hire Architect / Architectural Visualization Designer. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 3 years of architectural experience desired Must have 3D modeling software skills and proficient with SketchUp, Revit & Rhino. Other helpful software abilities would be Lumion, D5 Render, or Twinmotion. Strong graphic, presentation, 3D visualization, architectural design / presentation and visual storytelling skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Adobe and After Effects. Have a particular eye for composition, lighting & color. Prefer someone with a background in photography, video editing, hand sketching, or digital painting. Animation or motion graphics skills are a plus.
