Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural software such as CAD & Sketch Up, and other relevant design tools
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings, 3 D modeling, and renderings
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and space planning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with local building codes and standards is preferred
