We are seeking a hands-on architectural professional who is eager to be deeply involved in all phases of design and documentation. This role is perfect for a mid-level architect with 4–8 years of experience, who is confident in production, curious about design, and eager to collaborate closely with firm leadership in a principal-led studio environment. Exceptional candidates with 3+ years of experience will also be considered. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, driving design concepts forward while producing coordinated, client-ready drawing and presentation packages. This is an opportunity for someone who values ownership, clarity, and quality, and desires to grow through direct mentorship and hands-on problem solving.
