This is a full-time remote role for an Architectural Drafter. The Architectural Drafter will prepare detailed architectural drawings, coordination plans, and layouts. The role involves collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, and assisting in project planning and documentation. Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting is critical for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural, Structural and MEP Drawings and its coordination
- Knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
- Experience in creating accurate technical Drawing documentation
- Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Familiarity with relevant UAE building regulations and standards is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
