Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Drafter role based in Pune. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for transforming design concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans. They will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to prepare drawings that adhere to specifications and codes. Daily tasks include drafting, revising plans, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining project documentation. The candidate must exhibit attention to detail and proficiency with drafting tools and software.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience and expertise in Auto CAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting software
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, dimensions, and construction techniques
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering designs and translate them into plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with architects and engineers
- Time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects
- Relevant schooling or certification in architecture, drafting, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the architecture or construction industry is an advantage
