Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to support our residential design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, working drawings, and documentation based on architects’ designs, ensuring compliance with local building codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings for residential projects (plans, elevations, sections, details).
• Develop working drawings, GFC drawings, and shop drawings .
• Assist architects in translating conceptual designs into detailed construction documents.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, client feedback, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for drawing integration.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws, codes, and regulations .
• Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.
• Support site teams by providing clarification drawings as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or Civil-related field .
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in residential architectural projects (as applicable).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / BIM is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
