Job Title: Architectural Draftsman



Location: (Mumbai)



Job
Summary: We are seeking a skilled and
detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be
responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality drawings and blueprints for
residential, commercial, and industrial projects, working closely with
architects and engineers to transform designs into technical plans.



Key
Responsibilities:




  • Create detailed architectural drawings, plans,
    sections, elevations, and layouts based on designs provided by architects.

  • Modify drawings based on feedback and ensure compliance
    with local building codes and regulations.

  • Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations as needed.

  • Assist in creating construction documents and tender
    packages.

  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for
    integration of multidisciplinary drawings.

  • Maintain a library of templates, details, and reference
    drawings.

  • Visit project sites to collect measurements and verify
    existing conditions when necessary.

  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of drawings
    before submission.

  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
    simultaneously.



    • Qualifications:




  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural
    Drafting, or related field.

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as an Architectural
    Draftsman.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other
    design software.

  • Familiar with local building codes, standards, and
    construction methods.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent
    organizational skills.

  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



    • Preferred
    Skills:




  • Knowledge of BIM processes and tools.

  • Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion,
    V-Ray).

  • Understanding of sustainable and green building
    practices.

  • Office-based with occasional site visits.

  • Collaborative work with architects, engineers, and
    designers.
