Architectural Interior Design Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Architect to lead the end-to-end design and execution of our in-house office premises. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to take complete ownership of office interiors- from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop architectural and interior design concepts for our commercial office spaces.

· Prepare detailed working drawings, layout plans, and 3D visualizations.

· Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with vendors and contractors.

· Oversee and supervise the on-site execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth execution.

· Monitor budgets, material selection, and timelines.

· Ensure the final deliverables align with design intent and business needs.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.

· Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.

· Prior experience in commercial interiors is essential;
residential interiors experience will be an added advantage.

· Strong design sensibility, project management, and vendor coordination skills.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and site supervision capabilities.
