Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Architectural Manager Assistant to support an architecture manager with daily administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and prioritize emails, draft responses, and flag urgent messages
  • Open and organize tasks for the architecture manager
  • Maintain task management systems and follow up on pending items
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate project timelines
