Job Description
The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising a development project from inception through construction completion. This involves preparing conceptual site plans and building plans, as well as producing Construction Documents and coordinating both in-house and third-party design and engineering groups in the preparation and delivery of CDs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage Multiple Projects
- Preparation of Drawings for various levels of Design as required
- Lead Weekly Design Calls for each project
- Collaborate with Development and Construction to coordinate project schedules deliverables
- Prepare and Communicate Project Objectives
- QA/QC Drawing Review
- Contribute to and Maintain Design Standards
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or a similar field
- 8 years min experience
- Experience in Multi-Family Residential Projects, preferably with LIHTC
- In Depth Knowledge of Fair Housing and other Accessibility Requirements
- AutoCAD, Sketchup and/or REVIT abilities
