Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Manager for our Tampa, FL office!

This Project Manager will manage a national early childhood education client with 15 to 20 projects in various states and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects. Prepares and estimates scope of work and develops strategic plan for project success. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts: design, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion to a client’s satisfaction and firm’s expectations in terms of resource utilization and profitability.
