Architectural Site Engineer

Job Descriptions

• Technical Implementation:Interpret, explain, and implement architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications accurately on-site.
• Site Supervision & Management:Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, worker deployment, and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Quality Control (QA/QC):Inspect work in progress, verify materials, and ensure all construction meets safety regulations (e.g., WSH Act) and design standards.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting:Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential delays or issues to resolve them proactively.
• Documentation:Maintain detailed records, including daily site reports, material management, and project variations.
• Coordination:Liaise with architects, project managers, and clients to align construction with design intent.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned.
