The Role
Produce detailed working drawings and technical packages using AutoCAD
Deliver residential projects typically ranging from 30–300 units
Manage workload and programme across multiple projects
Oversee and support team members, reviewing drawings to maintain standards
Act as a key client contact and help build long-term relationships
Resolve technical and design issues with practical solutions
Assist with fee proposals and project planning
