Key tasks include client meetings, developing proposals, using CAD software, liaising with engineers, and site visits. 
Core Responsibilities
Client & Concept Development: Meet with clients to understand needs, develop design concepts, and present proposals.
Design & Documentation: Create detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents using software like CAD and Revit.
Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, including budgets, timelines, and teams.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensure designs adhere to building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
Collaboration: Work with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals.
Site Supervision: Visit construction sites to monitor progress and address issues. 
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education: Relevant architecture degree.
Licensure: Often requires professional licensure (e.g., AIA).
Technical: Proficiency in CAD/Revit, understanding structural design.
Soft Skills: Creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, leadership, project management.
Experience: A strong portfolio is crucial.
