Job Description:

- Conceptualizes design proposals with 3D design and strong presentations.

- Technical proficiency to work on and release Good for Construction Drawings.

- Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications.

- Co-ordinating with the various consultants on the project team.

- Proficient in AutoCAD & Sketch-Up. Revit is a plus.

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in the architectural industry.

- Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment.

- Good working attitude, proactive and self-starter.

- Experience with Consultant coordination.
