Job Description

Sales Account Representatives initiate and manage relationships with customers and serve as the point of contact for the Company. This position is responsible for growing a paint sales territory that focuses primarily on area national homebuilder accounts. The role will develop and execute a territory strategic plan to increase sales to these accounts and achieve market share growth for Sherwin-Williams. The position will support and strengthen relationships with paint contractors (sub-contractors) that conduct business with national homebuilders with contracted agreements with Sherwin-Williams. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
