Bringing it to the role:

As an Area Coach, you will provide transformational leadership and high-impact coaching for multiple restaurant teams. Your role will be focused on driving performance across four key metrics – People, Customer, Sales, and Profit. This isn’t your normal 9-5 – you’ll find yourself on our restaurant floor, managing teams, and running audits. 

We're looking for a strategic thinker, someone with a high degree of commercial acumen, and the ability to think beyond core operational elements. You should have a proven track record of driving tangible results, a history of career progression, and exposure to wider business functions.
