Location: Ludhiana

CTC: Up to 18 LPA

Experience: Minimum 6–8 Years in Mortgage Collections

About the Role:

The Area Collection Manager will lead and manage mortgage collection operations for the assigned geography. The role involves handling delinquency, driving recoveries, managing teams, and ensuring portfolio quality across Home Loan and LAP products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end collection operations for Mortgage portfolio

• Lead and monitor field collection teams and agencies

• Drive resolution of delinquent and high-bucket cases

• Ensure achievement of collection efficiency and recovery targets

• Monitor roll rates, NPAs, and bucket movement

• Conduct regular field visits and customer interactions

• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory norms

• Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams

• Identify Early Warning Signals and implement preventive measures
