Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of branch collection officers and field collection agents.
- Train and motivate staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to collection protocols.
- Collection Operations:
- Plan and implement collection strategies for the area to achieve collection targets.
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
- Coordinate with the legal team for recovery proceedings when necessary.
- Portfolio Monitoring:
- Analyze delinquency trends, recovery patterns, and take corrective action.
- Ensure regular follow-up of overdue cases (DPD buckets).
- Identify and escalate high-risk cases and recommend remedial actions.
