Title: Lead Area Construction Manager
Location: Jamnagar, Gujrat
Purpose of Role:
To lead and manage the end-to-end construction of the AI Data Centre project, ensuring timely, safe, and quality execution in line with design, SLA, and budgetary requirements. The role drives and leads all site activities, resources, and contractors to achieve seamless project delivery and successful handover to Operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead overall on-site construction execution of the AI Data Centre project, ensuring full compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), project schedules, and design specifications.
Coordinate daily with design, MEP, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to understand detailed requirements and inter-dependencies across civil, electrical, mechanical, and data infrastructure works. Ensure seamless communication between NHQ, vendors, and site teams.
Drive site progress against approved plans; identify bottlenecks or risks that may impact timelines (dra...
