Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review Micro LAP D2C credit proposals, carry out thorough due diligence within stipulated turnaround times and decision of the cases / recommend the same to respective authorities - Zonal Credit Manager, National Risk Manager, Credit Committee for decision/ approvals on the case

  • Maintain the quality of portfolio by regularly reviewing the portfolio and suggesting for the policy changes accordingly if any

  • Regularly Review & Monitor the Portfolio Performance, PDD movement and Compliance related matters

  • Regularly Review & Monitor Vendor Management and closure of Audit queries

  • Bringing in the Process Efficiency & Quality Improvement Initiative, Cost Reduction Initiatives and Stakeholder Management Customer Centricity, Productivity and People Management
