The Area Division Lead, Orthopedics – Southwest is a key leadership role within Saskatchewan’s health care system, responsible for advancing clinical, academic, and quality improvement initiatives. The role ensures seamless integration of strategy, operations, and workforce planning, including recruitment and retention to support high‑quality surgical care.
