About the Role
The Area General Manager provides strategic leadership to General Managers across an assigned portfolio, guiding operational strategy, commercial and financial performance, culture, talent development, and owner relations. This role partners closely with hotel leadership to set strong business plans, optimize budgets and forecasts, elevate guest satisfaction, and maximize EBITDA, margins, and owner returns. In addition, the Area General Manager serves as General Manager at the Hilton Toronto, leading day-to-day hotel operations with full accountability for service excellence, financial results, brand standards, and team engagement.
