About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to lead our city-level expansion and operations across multiple cities in the Rest of India (RoI) team. As an Expansion Manager, you will be instrumental in launching, scaling, and managing operations across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities of a region. This role requires hands-on leadership, operational excellence, field rigour and the ability to build high-performing local teams.

The role involves extensive travel across assigned cities within a region

Key Responsibilities

• City Launch & Expansion: Drive end-to-end city launches, including market research, local partnerships and team setup
• Operational Leadership: Drive performance metrics including customer acquisition, revenue, operational efficiency, BTL and service quality
• Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, and manage city-level teams;
  ensure alignment with central and regional goals
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with central support teams, local authorities, vendors, and key partners as required
• Strategic Planning: Identify regional growth opportunities and develop plans for rapid and sustainable scale-up

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in business operations, category management, and expansion
• Strong leadership and people management skills;
  ability to manage teamsremotely
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Data orientation and problem-solving abilities
• High ownership mindset
