Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee the operations, performance, and compliance of multiple retail stores within a designated region. This role ensures that each store consistently meets company standards for safety, customer service, profitability, and operational efficiency. Acting as the key link between store managers, staff, and senior management, the Area Manager drives both strategic and day-to-day success.
