Job Description
1. Regularly develop local last mile delivery partners in Spain market to support network expansion
2. Communicate with the partners periodically to monitor the service level
3. Ensure accurate, smooth operation of the operational process with our partners
4. Control the quality of the service, monitor the different KPI and define startegies with the different partners to control the cost and improve the service level in the self operated network
5. Coordinate with operations team in the upstream nodes to ensure an smooth operation with the proper service level
