Job Description:

Responsible for the over-all direction, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the Branch operations based on area of responsibility. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and the standards of the company; including hiring and training of employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
